I was very confused while making a decision for an ideal ergonomic chair. I tried many brands like wakefit, green soul, da urban etc. I tried this chair from sleep company in one of their outlets and fell absolutely in love with it. The back support is a blessing for my back as i sit for long hours. Headrest positioning is a little uncomfortable but i will get used to it as my old chair didn't had a head rest. The chair is a bit pricey at 18k but i bought it for 13.5k in sale. It is worth this amount. Build quality is top notch.

* The chrome finished base is a scratch magnet, there were few scratches when it was delivered but you can't escape then even if u get a scratch less chair, it is just a matter of time, so it is not a big deal

Overall quality is good, I have been using for 2 years now. The lumbar support broke in 4 months or so. The hand rest mechanism failed after one year. Rest of the chair is very intact especially the height adjustment, rotation and leaning action of the chair. The mesh and seat are very comfortable and better than all the chairs I used so far.
